What is your shipping policy?

Orders require 1–2 business days for fulfillment before shipping. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping only.

Shipping timeframes:

• Standard: 3–4 business days
  
• Free Standard Shipping: automatically applied to orders over $150
  

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. MH Bespoke Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

You can track your order once your tracking link becomes available.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

If you need to request a cancellation or adjustment, please contact us at mh.bespokejewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We may be able to accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you no longer want the item after it arrives, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please note that custom-made and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun, and deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

Is it possible to modify or personalize my order?

Yes — MH Bespoke Jewelry offers customization options whenever possible. Customizations depend on the availability of specific metals and gemstones, and pricing may vary based on the design. If you’re interested in modifying a piece or creating something unique, please contact us at mh.bespokejewelry@gmail.com to discuss the details.

Please note that customized items, personalized pieces, and orders made to your specifications are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun. Custom projects typically require up to 2 weeks to complete after the design is approved.

How can I find my ring size?

You can determine your ring size using a printable size guide or by measuring at home with a simple method. A full ring sizing guide will be available soon on our website, including:

Do you offer repairs if my jewelry gets damaged?

Yes — If your piece becomes damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue. Repairs are offered when feasible and may include a small fee depending on the nature of the damage and the materials required. I will review the piece and let you know the available repair options before moving forward.

Repair services are not guaranteed for discontinued pieces or materials that are no longer available.

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely. Custom orders are a core part of MH Bespoke Jewelry, and we love creating meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to your vision. To begin, please contact mh.bespokejewelry@gmail.com to schedule a consultation where we’ll discuss your design, materials, stones, and timeline.

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom work, and the remaining balance is due upon completion. All custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once design work or production has begun.

Why doesn’t my jewelry look exactly like the picture on the website?

Each piece is handcrafted, and natural gemstones vary in color, pattern, and shape. These slight variations are intentional and part of the charm of handmade jewelry — they do not indicate defects. No two pieces are ever identical, making your jewelry uniquely yours.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for eligible items from our standard collections within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, jewelry must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. To begin a return, please email us at mh.bespokejewelry@gmail.com for approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and verified.

Please note that custom-made items, personalized pieces, bespoke designs, and one-of-a-kind commissions are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as these items are created specifically to your specifications.
