SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All in-stock orders require 1–2 business days for fulfillment and processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Custom or personalized orders have variable processing times depending on the project scope. Production timelines will be communicated during the design process.

Production & Made-to-Order Items
For made-to-order or replenished items, please allow 7–10 business days for production. In some cases, restocking may take up to 21 days. If additional time is required, we will notify you.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
MH Bespoke Jewelry ships domestically within the United States only.

Available delivery methods at checkout include:

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination.
Orders of $150+ qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear through the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. MH Bespoke Jewelry is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Risk of Loss, Delays & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Custom Orders & Shipping
Custom and personalized orders will ship according to their individual production timelines. These timeframes will be clearly communicated during the project process.
