Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that all of our pieces are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, or appearance are expected and are not considered defects. These natural differences are a characteristic of handcrafted jewelry and do not qualify as damaged or defective merchandise.
If an item is determined to be defective or you received the wrong item, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund or store credit if a replacement is not available.

Any item created to the customer’s specific design, length, gemstone choice, or other customization
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective, as determined by MH Bespoke Jewelry.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us so we can review your request and confirm availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned in new, unused condition and meets our return eligibility criteria.
Because our pieces are handcrafted in small quantities, exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time of your request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or in cases where we have made an error with your order.
